Last year, we held our first Poetry Box Chapbook Prize competition and were blown away by a windfall of quality, thought-provoking, emotionally riveting poetry by writers from across the nation. Now, it’s time to do it all over again.
I’m thrilled to announce that this year’s judge will be Tricia Knoll, an amazing, award-winning poet who’s been a frequent contributor to The Poeming Pigeon and author of Broadfork Farm, published by The Poetry Box in 2017. You can learn more about what’s she’s been up to since moving to Vermont at TriciaKnoll.com.
Winners will receive the following:
1st Prize: $300 plus 20 copies of published chapbook
PLUS distribution of their winning title to all contest entrants.
2nd Prize: $100 plus 10 copies of their published chapbook.
3rd Prize: $50 plus 5 copies of their published chapbook.
